Making hexagons is a great way to learn hand piecing especially “on the go” as it’s a super portable quilting project. Whether you make the pumpkin or the tree, you will use a variety of fabrics from your stash! Once you have sewn the shape, you can easily add a simple border! Use a combination of hand and machine quilting plus some seed beads to finish your quilt.
