I promise that this quilt isn’t as hard as it looks! I know that curved piecing is difficult to do so the “reel” block (curved block) is actually a fusible appliqued block that is machine appliqued while the other quilt block is stripped pieced and template free.

Skill level: Intermediate
Finished quilt block: 12″ x 12″

Crib: 12 quilt blocks – 53″ x 65″
Twin: 24 quilt blocks – 69″ x 93″
Full: 30 quilt blocks – 81″ x 93″
Queen: 42 quilt blocks – 97″ x 109″
