Here are some photos of quilts that I took at the Tri-Cities Quilt Guild show this past weekend. I am sorry but I didn’t write down the name of the quilters for any of the quilts. When you are a vendor, you do not have very much time to even view the quilt show.
The quilt above was a gorgeous assymetrical scrappy sampler quilt that I liked very much. It definitely combines this quilter’s love of piecing and applique!
The quilt on the left was the Best of Show quilt, and is an absolutely stunning quilt in person! Perfect hand applique and hand quilting! Quite a showpiece!
This quilt is a wonderful example of using light, dark and medium batiks for a scrappy quilt. Note how the quilter pieced the connecting and corner triangles to complete the quilt top.
