Let’s Hand Embroider and Applique with Wool Felt

Working with wool felt is a FUN and easy way to complete a hand embroidery project! Michele will teach you how to use freezer paper to make templates for this project (6 quilt block choices in the pattern); and use a water soluble glue for “basting”. Learn how to sew a buttonhole stitch with embroidery floss to applique the quilt design, and to sew the 5″ square together.  The completed project can be used as a coaster or if a ribbon hanger is added, then it’s an ornament! Tips and techniques on working with wool felt or wool will be discussed.
