Using only 4 fabrics, this is a template free block using pieced triangles and squares sewn together in horizontal rows to create intertwined Ohio Star blocks. You could easily make this quilt with your scraps by using light, medium and dark fabrics, also instead of fabric from a specific collection. Or why not make it in red, green and white with a main Christmas fabric for the block centers and outer border?
