What DO you do with all those tiny leftover fabric scraps (a.k.a. “crumbs”)? Be frugal and thrifty by recycling your scraps! A FUN and creative way to use the smallest amounts (at least 3/4″ on each side) of cotton scraps (strips, squares, trimmed triangles, leftover binding, funky sizes, etc.) from your stash – the ones you usually throw away because you don’t know what to do with them! Create your own fabric through crumb quilting, and then cut the sections of the “spokes” of the wheel from your crumb quilted fabric! A sashing border plus a scrappy half square triangle square border complete your quilt!
