I designed this pattern to fussy cut a large print (Yes, this is by Kaffe Fassett) for the center connecting blocks (Block C) while the six Block A and B’s are template free piecing! By setting the Block A and B’s on point, a different perspective is achieved with this block. Along with a thin sashing strip and corner stones plus connecting triangles, the blocks are joined together to create the quilt center. The large open area of Block C provides a great area for machine quilting. Although this pattern only offers one quilt size, you can sew more or less blocks plus sashing and borders to the size quilt you desire.
